ExSoc + WSC Surfing and Sailing Weekend Away

Hey there Exchange Soc Team! Time to grab your sunscreen and pack your bags as we whisk you away for a glorious weekend at Tiona Beach on the NSW North Coast – in collaboration with the Windsurfing and Sailing Club! This ALL-INCLUSIVE event is only $195 for members which includes transport, accommodation, food, alcohol and activities including surfing – an amazing deal for the entire weekend!

As part of the weekend the Windsurfing and Sailing Club will be bringing up their windsurfing rigs, sailing equipment, stand-up paddle boards and surfboards for you all to use, and we’ll be TEACHING YOU HOW TO SURF for anyone who is interested.

Tiona Beach is located up the beautiful NSW North Coast nearby Myall Lakes, Seal Rocks and two national parks – and the area is very well known for dolphin and whale watching. Optional activities include a Surf Camp if you want to push your skills further and dolphin + whale watching cruises for anyone so inclined.

To maximise your time up there we will be leaving UNSW on Friday evening and coming back to Sydney on Sunday night – giving you a full 2 days to enjoy the sun, sand and waves!

Keep in mind that we will be verifying your membership status so make sure you purchase the correct ticket. This event is open to all students and anyone else you’d like to bring along.
