Join us for a day at the Royal National Park where you'll have the opportunity to see some of sydney's best hiking trails, swimming spots and jump rocks! The park spans over 150km squared and is located around 30km south of UNSW and is a must-see site when you're a traveller in our city. Unfortunately, it can be a bit of a hike to get to via public transport, so we're offering ExSoc members a return trip for just $15! We have organised a large coach bus to transport you guys to and from the park where you'll be free to explore the area at your own leisure. We will meet at UNSW at 8:45am on Saturday 25th March and return to UNSW around 6pm that afternoon. SPACES ARE LIMITED SO GET BOOKING! Hey ExSoc fam!   Come and have a (barefoot) ball - take off your shoes and join us for a sunset session of barefoot lawn bowls at Clovelly Bowling Club! Trust us when we say this is cooler than it sounds on first glance – this bowling green is situated right on the cliff overlooking the ocean along the famous Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk. The true-blue Aussie pastime of lawn bowls with your mates, a BBQ and beautiful ocean views in one of the best places in Sydney – there’s nothing quite as uniquely Australian as this! Lawn bowls, for the uninitiated is a game where your team tries to roll their ball as close to the small white ball at the end of the green as possible. For the French out there, similar to boules.   We have booked the ENTIRE bowling green to ourselves for the afternoon until close, where you’ll be able to have a few drinks whilst enjoying the spectacular ocean views that our exclusive venue has to offer – a photo opportunity not to be missed!!   The Club has a well-priced bar where you’ll be able to purchase drinks ($5.80 for a schooner of beer) and bring them outside to enjoy in the sun. The Exchange Society will also offer a sausage sizzle included in the ticket price that the whole crew can enjoy on the day of the event!   TICKETS Tickets are $15 for ExSoc members, $20 for arc and $25 non-Arc. If you’re interested in buying one of our patentedly awesome Exchange Society t-shirts, we’ll be taking orders for them for the next week until 9pm, Sunday the 4th of September. Available in both white and navy blue for just $15 each, there’s nothing better to remember your time here in Sydney with your Exchange Society family! We screen print them all ourselves to make sure they’re the best quality possible.
